First, you will need to gather your ingredients. For the marinade, you will need cumin powder, garlic cloves, oregano, salt, pepper, chili powder, and olive oil. Then, for the chicken itself, you will need boneless skinless chicken thighs. Lastly, you will need a can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and some water.
Next, you will need to prepare the marinade. Take your favorite mixer.
- 4 Garlic Cloves – Minced
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- 7 Oz Can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (use only the adobo sauce. discard the pepper)
- 3/4 Cup of Water
