Ingredients
  

Dashi Soup (A)

  • 10 Dashi Broth
  • 2 Syoyu – Soy Sauce
  • 2 Mirin – Japanese Sweet Wine
  • A pinch Salt
  • 2 White Wine Choose something sour and sweet
  • 2 Apple Juice
  • 1 Sugar

Food

  • 1 Beef Slice
  • 1 Onion Use Sweet Onion if possible

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients (Dashi Soup(A)) into a pan
  • Heat the soup till everything is melt and mixed
  • Add cut onion
  • Add the onion into the soup. cook till it soften
  • Add sliced beef and cook till the beef cooked.

Notes

The keypoint: Cook onion until translucent and absorb the soup. And add sliced beef. After adding the beef, do not cook too long(it causes beef gets hard).
